  1. I am convinced sardines are something you have to have grown up on. As I said, I WANT to like them and I buy them occassionally and eat them as some kind of act that makes me sensible/intelligent about my health, except I don’t like the way they taste. Not as bad as liver (but same idea — eating liver is good for you).

  3. They’re awesome Dona. I just had a second tin because writing about the first one made me hungry for more. I could survive happily on nothing more than preserved fish products and hot sauce. Unfortunately my wife thinks it’s all super gross. She won’t make out with me for hours after I binge on sardines / pickled herring / etc.
