“the likely fate of a political party that opposes it”
Your posts make sense but I disagree with this part. I think most middle of the road people just don’t care that much.
Pro- and anti- views are entrenched in their respective parties. I can’t see it being an important issue either way for many swing voters.
“And since BC believes that children are best raised by a man and a women (even though I proved otherwise in the post way above)….”
since when do cited wiki articles equal “proof”? Not that I’m disagreeing with the underlying argument, just pointing out an annoying habit of yours – saying that something is fact because you found support on the internet.
“Four years later, freshmen were 57 percent supportive at the time they enrolled, and by graduation, 69 percent of that entering class supported gay marriage, according to the UCLA research institute.”
Very encouraging, 11217! I’m glad for it.
And the bigots among us will die off and the youngers will thrive all the more.

Sounds about right, Biff. When I hear the favorable ratings for Bible Spice (Sarah Palin for the amateurs) they are usually in the 30% range.
I’ve written off about a 1/3 of this country as being total morons.

Rest assured you have a LOT more in common with Rerun than I do. Except for the black part.
And also (unlike Rerun) you probably can’t dance worth a sh*t.
Welcome back, infinite!
“Over all, 65 percent of the college freshmen surveyed last fall supported same-sex marriage”
It’s actually disconcerting that it’s only 65%. I would have hoped for and expected a higher figure than that.
