Only if you are in the new top bracket that was only introduced last year. Below that, top marginal rate is 40%, 20% rate below $58,000 in income. There is no state income tax equivalent, only local property tax. National insurance is probably slightly higher than social security plus medicare, but very thst’s dependant on income level.
