I only had the slow typing problem with foxfire or whatever it is called.
Pete, what’s weird, to me, is that the mixed use houses are selling materially weaker than pure residential houses. this wasnt the case until recently. if one has the down paymt and dont mind living over a bar or restaurant, it’s much cheaper to buy a mixed use house
denton, I will be the first to admit that the average person does not know how to effectively structurte or manage his IRA given the oftentimes lmited choices they have.
I have restructured mine to look as if it’s going into retirement mode and despite it having around a 5%+ yield overall, it’s also up 3% YTD.
People really need to get some financial planning advice, even if they have to pay for it. Most people have no clue what is necessary to retire unless they’ve got some union pension. And if the benefits are cut there, then they’re screwed as well.
oh, And another Cargardens house just sold for $3.9m+ —-

And this ia new computer I got up and running over the weekend. Quad core. win 7 64 bit. 12gb RAM and 3 tb storage. Not my computer fo sure.
