Loony bins like me and my daughter! In our building (brownstone in Bed Stuy) the landlords are a white couple with baby, work in the arts; the 2 women on the top floor are white, and the couple on the parlor floor with baby are black (EMT) and Japanese (drummer/office worker). One of the women on the top floor works in a bank, the other at a downtown law firm.
rf, only a looney tune like DIBS would live in Bed Stuy. Most wall st bankers / lawyers / traders / hedge fd folks are probably still afraid of Bed Stuy / Crown Heights

It’s worth watching who gets off the A train at Nostrand. Plus all the real estate agents call it Clinton Hill, especially the dodgier areas further north near the G train. Looks like Clinton Hill in 2000, when we looked around and said, where did all these white people come from? (I am white, daughter Chinese.)

Rob, dear, one thing this man is not, is retarded. He is willing to share to avoid having to completely furnish a place and to be able to live in a good building not too much of a commute from his job, where he is 10-11 hours a day. To say this man has his hands full with responsibilities is an understatement.
Gotcha Donatella – yeah it is definitely tough doing the whole Craigslist thing. I had to interview Craigslist weirdos a couple of years ago to find a roommate – not fun.

“he is very frustrated looking at awful places on Craigs List”
Well, he shoulda used CGar’s List then.
(DH, same friend, still lookin!! But he’s actually got his mother’s apartment on the UWS until Labor Day.)
“so someone who uses a gun has issues with their manhood? lol. okaaaaaay. that might be the most retarded thing ive heard this week.”
I thought it was a given.

He is late 50’s
that’s going to be really difficult, because everyone will think he’s creepy even if he’s not.
