CGar, my comment was directed more at the seller’s broker than yours. They definitely seem to be playing games with the sale. Having said that, I do find the entire real estate business in New York incredibly shady. Like Ringo, I’ve had some horrible experiences both buying and selling.
A newborn baby eats 8 – 12X a day, spending at least 30 – 45 minutes sucking, if not more.
That’s like 4 – 9 hours a day spent sucking on breasts.
