Yes, DIBS. How fortunate that the rest of us cannot afford to be saddled with the burden of four houses. Just sell one to defray the costs. Oh, I forgot –you overpaid in the ghetto and now can’t unload any of your devalued property. 😉
Ok Rob what you are saying is that yuppie “high end” tastes are making it difficult for you because they cause food inflation, making everything more expensive. But is that really true?
(PS I know you are having a crapola day, not giving you a hard time for nothing but just asking if that is really true or worth getting worked up over.)

I’m saving the pennies for my PS renovation / upkeep spend. So know the feeling well, DIBS.
Oh that reminds me of one other thing I am happy about, donatella: the staff (esp the Super) in the new building are fantastic so far.

Speaking of mother f*ckers, is it now even considered an insult to call someone a mother f*cker since the invention of the MILF?
But isn’t MILF somebody ELSE’s mother?
Biff, just go lick a blue marble cone and you wont mind that sly price height on Edy’s
WTF…my tenant just called and said the water heater is leaking. Here’s what I’ve been through this year…
Philly…new furnace $4,000
Brooklyn…new roof $6,500
P-Town…septic repair $900
Bucks…new water expansion tank & pressure valve…$1,200
And now this.

“Notice that Breyers changed the package from a half gallon to like three pints?”
Edy’s did that too and kept the price the same.
Mother f*ckers.
