Dave, there’s a town outside Oakland that is laying off ALL of its employees, including ALL police and firefighters. Surrounding towns are going to have to respond, though I don’t get how that works.
Did you have a big storm last night? Weatherwise, that is.
The C train was dysfunctional this am, so hopped on the bus down Fulton to Nevins to get the 4/5 to midtown. I wonder if these are power issues related to the high power consumption with the heat….you all probably got multiple calls from Con Ed yesterday (I also had flickering lights in the house last night).
jessi is slow walker, rob. What time you get out of work? I’ll meet and walk with you this evening home. Can leave a trail of bread crumbs so can trace your way back to work in morning.

Rob, I hope you have a better day today.

im half expecting a bomb to go off on my way home tonight or something equally as horrific. :-/

“I’d much rather spend the extra time above ground than stuck underground.” — is there some sexual innuendo to that statement?
I know we’re all still hot from the commute, but definately too early for raunch hour.
