“You sure you want to start that game? What 60s-70s sitcom character does each PLUSA remind you of? This ain’t gonna be pretty.”
A. I meant that affectionately (nh)’
2. I’ve drawn the short straw (no pun intended) EVERY time we play “What [FILL IN THE BLANK] does each PLUSA remind you of?”, e.g., comedian, actor, you name it.
bergtram is a good school when I was in high school. a bunch of my buddies went on from there to top schools and doing pretty well today. unless it’s stuyvesant, bx science (BK Tech is weak), the schools are as good as one takes the initiative to make it. at high school age, we aint that young anymore. parents & others have instill a ton of stuff onto us by then already. make it or break it is kind of on us by then
I’m sorry rf. I actually missed your earlier post and its intent. When I saw the phrase “third rate ghetto school” in Rob’s post, I kind of flew off the handle, as I resent that characterization. I also thought Rob was the one making that implication so sorry to you both. I clearly need to read a little better.

STATEMENT A: “i see no point in trying hard over the age of 21.”
Rob, that sounds like an awful boring life!
STATEMENT B: “Rob is happy with his current situation and that’s his choice.”
But Rob does NOT seem to be happy with his current situation. Seems to me there’s a clear correlation here.
ENY,
OK, you’re forgiven lol.
I am talking about Murray Bergtram High School of today, with a 54.3 percent graduation rate.

you dissed his sister lol. i’d run!
*rob*
No one has to run from me. I’m just going to say what I think and leave it at that. No need to get with the physical.
“Slopey reminds me more of the Skipper on Gilligan’s Island.”

Did see ENY tell me what my thinking was on the beverage tax. Glad he cleared that up for me.
[Flips ENY the bird]
You’re welcome!
rf, Maybe it was the “third-rate ghetto school” part. Just a guess.
