  1. Bacon? Arkady, I don’t eat potato salad (surprise!) but if you put bacon in yours, please let me know when you’ll be making it next. I’ll be by with a bib, fork, swimsuit (and a helmet this time!).

  2. LOL, Snaps! Oh yes, I think the rollers should be all cockeyed, and not match each other! You know, kind kooky looking at possible!

    WAIT! Didn’t Lucy (of I love Lucy) do something like this once? OMG, I have to go find the image!

  3. Put the hot, cut potatoes in melted bacon fat & stir them around; then swirl them w/ a tart vinaigrette made w/ mustard, dill leaf & a tad of onion juice. Let sit while you slice the celery. Add celery, sweet relish & mayo after it’s cooled. Just before serving add sliced hard-boiled eggs & crumbled crisp bacon. Magnifique!!!

    I hate to break it to you guys, but I’ll actually be having a very fine vintage screw top Table Wine with my dinner! LOL!
