Arkady, has to be the Heights? What kind of food? There’s Henry’s End on Henry near Middagh (which I recently learned I don’t know how to pronounce). There’s Heights Cafe on Montague & Hicks. Henry’s End has better food.
My favorite place in Brooklyn Heights is Noodle Pudding, a wierd name but a great Italian restaurant. It is on Henry St, really North (near Middagh I think).

Arkady, Teresa’s on Montague. Not expensive, decent Polish food and very kid friendly.

Arkady – we have like 4 restaurants in brooklyn heights and half are closed on Mondays. I do like Jack the Horse – and it’s open – but it’s not cheap.
