omg another one…
are there really people live in trailers and stuff/!
When I lived in Williamsburg there were some people living in vans and one guy who lived in an RV.They were mostly around the Metropolitan swimming pool on Bedford Ave where I think they used the facilities..I’m pretty sure the RV guy is still there. He was getting electricity from a building on N1st st I think.
Williamsburg would be a very safe neighborhood to live in a vehicle in and it’s only 1 stop to Manhattan. You just have to move for street cleaning.Best of all, everyone in the neighborhood thinks it’s “cool” to have people living in vans and RV’s so nobody will hassle you.
“I live in Dumbo, walking my dogs at night, I see several people living just in cars sleeping under overpasses of the BQE if that helps . Specifically around the York St station of the F train. There are other blocks further east that are also relatively quite at night as long as you’re away from the Manhattan Bridge. I’m pretty sure a women is living in a converted small school bus near the Commodore’s House at the Navy Yard. That would be Vinegar Hill.”
Kens, yeah, all doctors I know chose the profession cause they want to help people vs. it being the most and/or the most respected profession, etc. As my cousin put it to me “if I wanted to make the most money, I would’ve gone to business school or law school. both of which are easier and one isnt 34 yrs old by the time one is done with all the specialization, residencies, etc”
DIBS, most men dont either. we get counterparty preggo and off to resuming hanging out with buddies, watching sports, drinking beer,…
