dibs, where’d you hear that about the Lipstick building (885 3rd). I thought Tishman owned it. Or, maybe with Madoff not paying rent, it put it over the edge 🙂
“my spamblocker usually keeps me from seeing them”
cobble, lately, Verizon has been directing Spam to my Inbox, and real email, from people whom Verizon has always previously directed to my Inbox, to my Spam folder, including Verizon’s own monthly newsletter! And I can’t check my Spam folder from my BBerry, so I have to try and remember to check email at home now. (That’s why donatella thought I was dissing her last week.) (That’s also why texting is soooo much better.)

Reason = nooner
. . . . . .
That was my thought exactly! I can see why you (DIBS) might have had reason to see the lobby and bar, but one does wonder how — in the middle of a work day — you’d have reason to have seen one of the rooms, and to evaluate its size.
True enough, PS, my spamblocker usually keeps me from seeing them. Not sure how this one got through. I imagine desperate or naive people might respond.
Kensingtonian: I agree, the woodwork in that house is incredible.
CH: I get these solicitations all the time! The amazing thing is that apparently they work, and enough people fall for them to make it worthwhile to send these scam e-mails out.
I had reason to be over at the Marriott East Side earlier today. It’s a much nicer hotel than I ever expected and rooms are quite large. Very nice lobby bar.
Legion, that’s exactly the response he was looking for. He’s just taunting you s he can see your “briefs.”

“I’m certainly no expert in these matters”
But you play one on OT, Legion?
CGar!
I’ve noticed you’ve been quite sardonic with me lately,
I will be forced to seek legal remedies if you persist.
In fact, I believe there is a well known law firm which advertises on this very OT!
They take cases on contingency and even accept cat litter and glitter as payment.
