Delepp, i feel your pain (well not really since i dont pay property taxes). but i think people without kids shouldnt have to pay property taxes, income taxes, and sales taxes.

right, take a look at big map of NYC – and maybe 15% of it is the Yuppie territory you detest. But somehow you are totally unwilling to go see or explore the rest. There are few places in the Bronx you would object to.
