I noticed that a new store is opening on my little stretch of retail on the way to the subway (Fulton between Vanderbilt and Clinton). It is replacing a hair salon and is a store to be opened by a French pastry chef. I don’t have the moral strength today for any kind of discussion other than the fact that I am delighted to see something new there. That and the new signs of life, like the Japanese restaurant opening up the ways a little.
Thanks, Dave. A tenant’s toilet is running. For some reason, that mechanism the rubber flapper part, doesn’t position itself correctly and doesn’t completely close (i.e. allowing toilet to fill up) without jiggling. I have to go up there and see what’s what.

The fact that you said “without jiggling” makes me believe it may just be an issue with the chain.

I’m up for a Sycamore weekend beer tasting / BBQ over summer! Don’t care so much about the soccer..
Kens, you can’t register a vehicle in PA unless your drivers license is based there. Just so that you know.
My PA cars are registered under my partner’s name except for one which apparently is grandfathered.
Who wants to take Foreign Corrupt Practices Act online training for me? It’ll only take an average human being about 40 minutes :o)
