M4L, I want to talk to Heather on OT. I tried to get her attention on the Red Hook thread but she went away. I am dying to get her ideas on our little retail strip. I am happy; it looks like new things are happening. There is a bar, not a nice bar, but a new bar Called Chance 11 on the same strip. I give that place 6 months and then would love to see a good restaurant.
