M4L, you know, there is a wonderful Columbian lady I know who is an amazing cook and we have spoken about this as an idea. There are some places in NYC where there are so many Latina comida places you can’t even get an American hamburger (Washington Heights for instance, many many latin places in NJ) and these people are noticing that it is still as relative desert in Fort Greene/Clinton Hill. This is what I think the area needs —- a place with very very very good food, down home, friendly, well priced. Right there.

oh this day is draaaaagging. anyone have any fun plans? in the weekend events thread it mentioned sidewalk sales, but im curious if it’s people selling their stuff, or if it’s just the stores that reside there bringing their stuff outside? are there any pet stores in park slope that actually sell pets? i wanna buy a fish this weekend.
