Perhaps Brownstoner would consider a live
web cam feed to make brownstoner sort of like
a reality show. A sort-of subscription service
for lurkers and posters alike.

umm it was expected b/c my whole dept was laid off except just a few of us
so I was growing unhappy and I let the new boss and HR know this
so we all decided to lay me off – bad decision on their part – but a good one on mine – so am ok financially for about 3-4 months from my secerance -so am actively looking for a marketing or project manager position in music/TV/food/real estate etc – let me know if you have any tips!!!
M4L – true, that’s why I finally felt OK to leave that place knowing I had a few bucks in my pocket

a neighbor was involved in the dog pee dust up at 326 Greene Ave. last week. (as covered by the NY Post) in Bed-Stuy not Fort Greene. Dog lovers unite and leave poop at this address!
Benson, your friend’s story is not unusual. I too have people who I really care about who got a “good deal” from the FDNY, some with the “disabled” package. They did dangerous jobs, but the deals these guys have now are unbelievable.
