Legion, glad you’re here. I’m eating lamb over rice I got for $5 from one of those Halal trucks. Given how hot it is outside and the low probability the meat was refrigerated for some time, what’s my life expectancy? I have plans this weekend…should I cancel?

you are a brave man.
you’re gonna have to rely on two things in this case:
-that the vendor gave it a nice heating at over 400F
-the human body’s innate defenses
that said,
I’m about to go for one of those bad boys myself. 😉
