I don’t say everything is overpriced, idiot. The house I saw on Cheever Place has a perfectly fine asking price. But when something is overpriced – in my personal opinion, based on what I’m willing to pay – I’ll say so. I guess if I made millions of dollars in a cushy union job like you, money would be no object, and I’d just buy the $5 million house on Grace Court, price be damned. 😛
