the price discrepencies between places like those and places like nyc are absurd. im sorry but i do not think nyc is all that to command such a high price.
That’s right, Biffy! Just think of all the listings we’ve seen that says “BRING YOUR ARCHITECT AND YOUR IMAGINATION!” In the end, the house needs more work than the one in Darlington, Indiana and the price is 10+ times higher!

Um, we’ve got the same thing here in Brooklyn and if it has crown molding and wood floors that are 100 years old, we call it house porn and charge 2mill+
