Great brussels sprouts on the winter menu at Vinegar Hill. Roasted with peanuts and mint, marinaded before hand in a fish sauce (and lime? not sure) dressing.

I believe I’ve had “Kobe style” beef. I guess that’s domestic cows that are raised the same, not imported from Japan.
