Dave, my point was that the government shouldn’t be incentivizing people to buy new homes when so much inventory is still sitting vacant from foreclosures. Should more land be destroyed and infrastructure costs increased when people in the construction industry could instead retrofit the existing, empty homes?
glad to hear you stop at red lights. According to some cars don’t do that. But be careful at that 1st light entering/leaving the Prospect Expy– they have camera there.

Yes, I’m aware of that camera. I believe that that intersection is one of the most heavily-ticketed in the city.
jessi, Building Permits reported this morning…only 606K when they were expecting 680K. MOM they declined 11.5% when expected to be flat.
