Bars is the least of it on Fulton What, although I know I have been agitating for one near me for a while. Mostly its just the simple aspects of repaving the sidewalks, planting trees, and most importantly picking up all the trash that used to be strewn around the area. The BID has had made a noticeable improvement to the immediate area around my house by creating a cleaner and more pedestrian friendly Fulton Street and I am grateful for that.
In re goal post moving, feel free to reference my comments on the asking prices for some of the houses for sale around me recently. I have been the one saying “I can’t believe they are asking that much for that house” etc.
all this talk of fringe. I still have a little of that on top.
but – isn’t that ‘fringe’ all relative? or edgy or sketchy?
or whatever word might use. Some may call wherever it is that you live as slum and others would say great beautiful area and wish they could afford it.

The Judge blocked the State layoffs right? That’s very bad new for the unions!
When the unions contracts are up the state will say “Everybody is Fired” and “GTFOOH”!
New York State is in a depression and cannot continue to support this nonsense!
