I do have to go now… but before I do, I wanted to clarify, I wasn’t suggesting you are getting “serviced” in the park. You just reminded me of a scene I came upon when running around with the pooch in the woods on the Flatbush side. Let’s just say there were two men. One had *nothing* to be ashamed about and the other was, umm, showing his gratitude. I felt like I had to have a little talk with my dog about what she just saw. She was only 4.
“When a man and a man love each other very much, or alternatively run into each other in a semi-secluded part of the park….”
“This is fun! I’m learning a lot! Like how much lechacal has no idea what he’s talking about!”
Cobble, you are cutting and pasting. You have yet to offer us a single self-generated intelligent thought. Note that my level of cutting and pasting has been zero. I prefer not to debate with people who can’t synthesize their own thoughts, so please start to do better.
OK cobble, you’re just cutting and pasting so you don’t get full credit for any of this, but another couple of thoughts:
The premise of the final paragraph in your second long email is false. Again, this is not reforestation of disturbed soil, it is sustainable forestry. Very different things.
And as I already pointed out before, just because an old forest continues to capture CO2 doesn’t mean you can’t do much better with intelligent forest management.
LOL, legion. This is fun! I’m learning a lot! Like how much lechacal has no idea what he’s talking about! : P He probably read that Wired article and now thinks he’s a MF genius on the subject!
“I am very comfortable listening to Gershwin and Cole Porter.”
Someone please call our supplier and order another 3 shipments of GOTD Awards. We’re running very low after today.

Is “intelligent forest management” a euphemism for bush trimming???

how about we plant trees in all those god-knows-when-it-will-be-built holes in billyburg?
