  1. Actually, lossforwords, maybe we should start the rumour that there are PCBs at Brooklyn Bridge Park to keep away the tourists and other riff raff. It’s kinda nice having the huge green lawn and silver death domes to myself.

  2. Slopey, they buyer and sellers did some back and forth on the contract price, $442 was the initial offer and that contained the bank’s required appraisal contingency. And yes, I my question surrounded the bank’s possibly issue of LTV when a downpayment of $234 was going to be made. The woman never did by the house, but the sellers’ bottom line was $459k. Assuming that $459k became the final contract price, the banks would still only be lending $225k to the buyer. Lemme see if I can find where this took place…
