Suddenly a bit quieter around here. Perhaps a ban on candidate electioneering near the polling palce is in effect.
Rob, I’m actually with you. Much as I’ve been sparring with what, some semi-goodnaturedly, some not, and as much as I don’t like the nastiness and don’t like the way it becomes all about him when he’s around, and much as I have no beef with Mr. B, I’m not going to give either party cover with a vote. It’s a proprietary blog. Mr. B can do what he wants. I’m abstaining.
ENY- no one goes as far as the What. No one. Nor as often and as one of the recipients of his disgusting insults, I’m tired of it. I give it back but I don’t feel i should have to constantly deal with his immature crap. And not only that. many of us know each other and have become friends offline. We aren’t just an bunch of anonymous usernames. He’s entitled to rant all he wants about RE, the economy, whatever. But maybe he should just try to do it like a human being instead of a victim of rabies.
As a native-born Brooklynite, I agree 100% with what ENY said at 2.01 PM. I think Ty’s 1.57 PM is also well-said, though I disagree with one thing. Omaha is actually quite a nice town. I used to go there often on business. Nothing spectacular, but just nice folks. In fact, it could be argued that for a middle-class person, Omaha has more to offer than NYC, meaning things that an average family could actually AFFORD.
*Rob* – aren’t you a newbie that is always kvetching about neighborhood you moved into…the people, shops, etc?
So that would make you someone that moves into area – and wants it to be different than it is.

AND the poll is only visible in the OT – where most people hate the what.
it’s like Fox News taking a poll of their viewers about Obama’s approval rating
“Exactly. Just as it is to think that living in a particular neighborhood for any length of time is any big deal either.”
Agreed.
Hi folks;
Back from a long trip.
As a native-born Brooklynite, I agree 100% with what ENY said at 2.01 PM. I think Ty’s 1.57 PM is also well-said, though I disagree with one thing. Omaha is actually quite a nice town. See you next week.

Oh… I can only vote once. No ballot-stuffing.
What are you, Mr. B, some kind of reformer!?!
Thanks Snappy.
Mr. B…DH has an interesting point. Perhaps you’d get a larger response that truly represents a majority if you posted this on Monday.
