As I wrote in the thread itself, 70 Willow (the Adrian Van Sinderen House) was owned by designer Oliver Smith when Truman Capote lived there (rented the garden floor, I believe) and wrote In Cold Blood. It wasn’t owned by Truman Capote. It was also the home of Tony Award winning director Tyrone Guthrie.
