Dave, I spell lots of words wrong. Partly because I type too fast, and don’t check all the time, and partly because I practice creative spelling.

THE WORLD IS TRULY ENDING…..Yesterday bxgrl disagerees with MM and today MM spells a word wrong.
Morris the Cat, only Arcaty is allowed the use of CatGar.
It’s not the frame. It’s a brownstone (of some sort)…hard to tell because it’s covered with that ugly yellow and orange fake stone facade. Last real ugly duckling on the block…opposite the frame that had the fire.
It may be fine structurally (don’t know) but needs everything upgraded.
No listing online either..Stuyvesant Heights realty 🙁
