It sounds like rhubarb is pretty much used for desserts.

I also went to Little Buddy Biscuit company this weekend to try it out and got a bunch of dessert in the morning and it was Meh. Nothing special at all. Dunno what the rave is about.
Kens, Saraghina did a great creme desert last year with rhubarb on it. I make pie with it…apple/rhubarb, mostly.
