oh and YES nyc has been paying students for grades for a while now, but it’s mostly at the really bad schools, and supposedly the experiment failed because it didnt make kids do any better. what i found deplorable was that our tax money was rewarding kids to get… get this.. C’s!!!!!!!! a C!!!! if you can’t get a C in a nyc public school idiot class, then you should just give up all hope.
