  2. so like how does the whole, if you see something say something thing work? this morning i was on line getting my coffee and this man was was looking VERY suspicious fiddling around with one of those recycling trash bins.. he kept putting his hand in it, he pulled out a newspaper, walked around, kept circling the coffee truck and garbage can very slowly, then came back, looked thru the hole of the slit in the recycling can (it’s the one for newspaper), then walked across the street, looked back at the can, then crossed the street again, then he totally just disappeared! my heart was racing like a maniac thinking oh jeez there might be a bomb in that garbage can, luckily i was next in line by this time, i got my coffee and ran into my office builing. it was just really creepy, and yes he did fit the description of what youd think was a stereotypical terrorist, even tho that’s taboo to say.

oh, also, i think i mentioned it on monday, but on friday night my bag was searched in the atlantic center! that makes FOUR times my bag has been searched in the subway. how many times have any of you had your bag searched btw? grrrr! maybe someone saw something and said something about me?

the whole system is flawed, and this morning’s coffee truck incident actually was kinda frightening.

    *rob*

  3. In Chuck Klosterman’s Killing Yourself to Live, the Spin writer asserts that Led Zeppelin is the “most popular rock band of all time” because “every straight man born after the year 1958 has at least one transitory period in his life when he believes Led Zeppelin is the only good band that ever existed.”

  4. I’ll be in a laboratory all day today, shut off from the world, so let me just say: have a great time tonight!

Also, great, great news about the acquittal of the navy Seal in Iraq. It’s outrageous that he was charged to begin with, but at least it ended well. Hopefully, justice will prevail for the other two Seals.

Finally, happy birthday to the greatest person in the world, my mom.
