  1. oh please, benson. there’s nothing wrong with someone pointing out that people making the most money seem to have the most ire toward unions, if that’s the case. that’s not the same as saying their opinion doesn’t count because of their wealth. ok i’m done with this.

  2. Dibs,

If you are traveling to Loki from East 50s, F may be easy, but is slow. It’s more work but way faster to take 4/5 to Union Square, N to Pacific (or Q to DeKalb), then 1-2 stops on M/R to Union. It may be 3 trains but it is 5-6 stops, total, plus a lovely view on Manhattan Bridge. You’ll be on the F for about 20 stops.

  3. “CGar- I emailed you last night. Did you get that?”

I did, bxgrl, thanks. I apologize for not having a chance to reply yet.

“CGar, you know I’m coming, right? No homo”

LOL. Yes, Dave, thanks, you pre-RSVPd for you and Xing. (And tell Xing to rest assured we’ll make sure we feed you.)

  4. Can we drop the subject of soeone discounting my opinion or letting it get personal.

    T Party
    Tea Party
    Covert Race/Class Warfare

Hmm, let’s see, who got raises like that….I bet a few Goldman guys did, and maybe a few Hedge Fund managers got better! ”

Also, the last time this issue was discussed, there were comments to the effect that those who had higher-paying jobs seem to have the most ire towards the unions.

  6. No, DIBS, Pete and I were saying we didn’t see where anyone made a comment about your wealth invalidating your opinion– my question about where it is doesn’t count as the comment. and don’t worry, i don’t think you’re rich.
