Before I left, I almost drank Canada dry.
Dave and Cgar, maybe I misunderstood. I think in building over 55 units, you need 24/7 access to boiler room and such so someone has to be no premises all the time. Maybe in your building’s case, it’s the doorman. For us, it’s the super.

Cobble, no seltzer! LOL Besides, soda is a very rare indulgence for me. I buy 6 gallons of water every week…and drink it all! One of these days I’m gonna float away 🙂
