DIBS, I actually enjoyed the visit to see the in-laws this time. saw a bunch of historic homes in Richmond and Raleigh. Really top shelf stuff which are a fraction of BK prices. A tricked out 4k sq ft frame house mansion in downtown raleigh cost 995k (which I suspect would cost $3M up here).
