DIBS did you get Brownstoner to do a PHILLY brownstoner site? Market looking nice, I see the market testing 1350-1500 by the end of the year.. I know its a crazy call but that is what my charts are telling me… It all depends on what Obama and others do though..If we have no distractions I would say my charts will be right… CRAZY CALL…

That Columbus house is too much… and I think that tub spout is a *double* fetish. The spout itself (which is silly) and the fact that there’s no curtains or blinds on the windows! 🙂
donatella, I think calavatra’s original designs were spectacular but money/bueracrats have changed it greatly.
Calavatra is designing the Path/subway station near the WTC too, I believe. I saw some renditions — stunning, the roof is designed as wings, as in open/arched wings of a bird.
ij, calavatra is also designing a bldg down there as well @ 80 South Street.
