“Everyone else, I am a little slow but I think I finally figured out what the What’s sign-off means. He believes that gentrification is a war — waged on black people.”
I think that’s close mopar, but my guess is that it’s more of a gentrification/class war than a race issue.
There are some but you’ll find more single family row/townhouses which, depending on specific areas of JC can go pretty cheap. They tend to be only 2-3 stories high here. Hoboken has the taller ones and they are mostly broken up into condos (and VERY expensive). If you want to email me I’d be happy to talk more specifics about neighborhoods and such. JC is really big and like Brooklyn has areas some much more pricy than others.
You are kidding!?! He is so buttoned up, it’s ridiculous.

Grammarian: haven’t you noticed Mr. English.
Yuk Yuk: with his lameo jokes
Lamer: mediocre at it’s finest…..Yawn
Ahem, Rob, and had you been drinking by any chance?
THL, are there any neighborhoods in New Jersey where you can buy a 19th C townhouse for $500,000 or less? (Hopefully a duplex with two three-bedroom apts in reasonable commuting distance from midtown?)

Compromise, East New York! Make the young ones shovel for the oldsters while you supervise. I supervise the Great EVLL as much as possible.
