“Where is Duplex? Is it the place on Christopher Street? When is everyone getting together?”
At the intersection of Christopher Street and 7th Avenue South (directly across from the 1/9 – Sheridan Square subway stop). We’re getting together tomorrow (April Fool’s Day appropriately), beginning around 6:30pm in the Piano Bar. Please join us, and, to quote Kens, just look for the group of people least likely to be seen in public together.
(We’re also getting together on April 22nd at Franklin Park in Crown Heights.)
Since the large tattoo is somewhere that isn’t public, I’ll keep it on the down-low. Small cluster of cherry blossoms on arm. North Slope.

Jessi, you’re welcome. What can I say, I try to make your life more interesting so more people will sign up for peeking opportunity.
But, Pete, if you convert it back to a one-family house, I thought that freed you from rent stabilization? At $850k, that would certainly be the right price to buy and restore to a one-family.
PS! What great news! Why has it taken you so long to join us? What kind of tattoos do you have? Oh, and are you north, central or south slope?
