I know you think you’re being clever today, but I suggest you write about something you know. In a bankruptcy proceeding, the senior bondholders always have first dibs, ahead of the equity (i.e. Trump). The only exception to this was the GM restructuring, thanks to President Obama (spoken as a GM bondholder here) who usurped this long-standing precedent to payback his political supporters (i.e the UAW)..
his daughter ivanka somehow managed to not get any of his fuggo genes, but his son is pretty fugly. i wouldnt be able to handle that show either since im not a type a personality either.
Arcady, I’m not surprised. Trump strikes me as the kind of guy who would gild styrofoam and call it classy. He is the face of “Nouveau Riche”, especially 1980’s style Riche.
I remember reading a story once in Spy Magazine (anyone remember that) where some construction worker said he was on a bridge working when the Donald passed under him in his superduper yacht, and the construction worker saluted him the only way he knew how. I leave the rest to your imagination. Spy used to always call him a “short fingered vulgarian”.
you may remember a while ago I complained that my cat had started to smell really badly. my husband thought he noticed that she wanted to drink more water than usual. finally, he took her to that new vet on Fulton. Turns out, she has a bad UTI, and has had it for god knows how long. She also has kidney stones, and must be shaved and washed due to her dreading fur. after the diagnoses, but before we got the medicine (1 week lag time), she atarted pissing on things all over the house. she’s been on the medicine since friday, she seems much better, but its too eraly to tell whether the kidney was damaged. so, now if you hear of a cat with similar symptoms, it may be a UTI, which can be fatal if it goes untreated.
Did everyone hear about that subway stabbing over the weekend? Yikes. Rob, you’re getting your wish according to this article. Aren’t we going to the West Village Thursday?
