Pete, you’re right on both points….cars are much cheaper when rented at the airport and,
singing showtunes will likely get you the GOTD award.
And trying to hide behind singing “There is nothing like a dame…” will be even more obvious.
For the kind of car to rent? You want it to be a chick magnet or something??
often that airport car rentals sites on wkends are much much cheaper than city rentals….Maybe worth comparing.
But of course would take time and expense to get to newark or somewhere.
was GOTD passed out yet?…..Cause I’m going to see South Pacific tonight and could leave theater humming show tunes.
TBD. I’m going to a conference in rural Pennsylvania for my nonprofit the following weekend and may have to work. I’m going to need need to rent a car; will be polling for suggestions at next gathering perhaps.
the way I play it is act overwhelmed by all the work and importance of the finacials to my bosses who barely know how to use a calculator. They just get nervous because for ‘the board’…and know there are formulas and calcs involved….so they think I’m smart (unlike my rep with cgar and lech)…and mostly leave me alone except for days like this.
