Pete, our bosses are similarly stupid and they don’t know we can do our jobs fairly easily and quickly. See, there are cushy gigs in non-union world too. pays better. albeit the termination risk is a ton higher

You could probably fly to Florida round trip and rent a car there for $9.95 a day which would be cheaper than you can rent it here in NYC.
