  1. Ah. Not really, just the roux part and making sure you whip the egg whites up enough to hold.

With a fork, and a nice salad on the side. It’s like a big piece of fluffy egg pie. The one I’m making will have spinach and gruyere cheese in it.

  2. I was being sarcastic as I think they’re difficult to make.
    No?

Do you eat a Souffle with a fork or with bread? Like an egg sandwich.

  3. Dave, you gotta get a 203K loan if the house has no kitchens or baths. Or cash. I can’t imagine any short selling banks dealing with a 203K loan. Ha ha ha kind of ironic.

Bet a lot have this issue. At least by the time a house makes it to foreclosure something like 30 percent or more are messed up on purpose by the former owners or squatters. I can’t recall the stat.

We toured one place that had sh*t smeared all over it, was lovely. The graffiti accused the landlord of being not the best person. Perhaps they were referring to the straw man who helped take out a fraudulent loan, then defaulted three months later — apparently. I regret I left my camera at home that day.

  4. “Did you make a souffle?”

um, no. Can I try to get over melting butter first.
Plus, besides chocolate souffle, I’ve never had any other kind and probably won’t like it. Too eggy and creamy for me.
