  1. Max’s was very slow to start. Guy who owned it (whose name I’ve just blocked on) was a paranoid who had started at the 9th Circle – really poor people skills but good peanuts. It took a while for things to start cooking. (Guests for dinner – lots of kitchen metaphors.)

    Oh NO!!!! I definitely won’t like that. I like my eggs two ways, hard boiled or scrambled, very dry.

    And the chocolate souffle I had, I didn’t care for. I like my chocolate like I like men: dense and hard.
