I just came back from a lunch meeting.
1. I can’t deal with the bagpipe music because back after 9-11, when I walked to work past St patirick’s Cathedral, there would be a funeral EVERY SINGLE MORNING. Everyone would stop and watch while they came down Fifth Ave, bagpipes playing. Most of the funerals were fore firemen and there’s be a firetruck but nos casket, only a guy holding a small box. After a few weeks, that got hard to watch.
2. Someoen was pushing someone in a wheelchair across Park Ave and one of those jackass mentally disturbed bike delivery morons went through the light and hit him. The crowd went berserk all over that guy. I hope he’s in jail now. It would have been better if he just got hit by a car.
Every one of those Web 2.0 sites, different people react differently to. I have a frien who updates her Gmail status twice a day, always with some coy phrase about how hard she works. A couple other friends update their FB status five or so times a day, posting weird links. I spend all my time on a blog and sometimes discussion group, people find that mystifying.
well duh. i was only sharing my experience on it between 136th and 137th.
in the summers tho in the park across the street they had awesome showers to frollick in and they didnt have that lame rule that adults arent allowed in without kids. i mean, i understand WHY that rule exists, but still annoying. i love frollicking in showers!!
open fire hydrants on that block were awesome too.. except when the kids would spigot it to make the force feel like a fire hose, got hit in the face from that once, not fun. the ringing in my ears was insane ahahha

i despise like 3/4’s of the people on my facebook. sometimes i do find myself drunkenly going on their pages and mocking their friends and family.

“I draw the line somewhere with whom I befriend.”
What if he paid you?
My 12 year old nephew wants to be my friend on Facebook.
Hell NO! I draw the line somewhere with whom I befriend.
“a cast of poo mist”
Lit critics, sit up and take note. Next time anyone thinks Rob is dumb, I’m referring to this phrase. I’d forgotten “cast” had that connotation.
Does anyone else hate Facebook?
I’m sick of it.
