I really don’t think a fund’s name HAS to represent the investment objectives in the propectus. Most do as in Excelsior Asia Pacific Fund…where it should not be investing in European stocks but if someone had a fund called, for ecxamlpe, the Enterprise Fund, it is not clear what the investment objectives are.
I would definitely agree that the funds holdings should be in line with e objectives stated in the prospectus but even then there is usually a buffer of, oftentimes, up to 25% that can be invested “elsewhere.”
“In fact, we were just at a bar in Brooklyn where everyone was discussing the best thrift stores in Berlin, when one of our anti-place-dropping friends asked, “Who hasn’t been to Berlin?” Only one person raised his hand.”
I’ll ask Susan Sarandon to read my part!
“Now there’s a brilliant sentence!!!”

“I was thinking we should start a PLUSA Podcast…like a downloadable OT. The podcast circuit is quite booming these days”
I will have Penelope Cruz read for the part of jessibaby.
