im making tater tots for dinner tonight. i made them for dinner last night too but that batch didnt come out so good cuz i drowned then in spaghetti sauce and it made them soggy, they all fell apart in a giant mush. 🙁

Also use the Cuisinart for chopping nuts, making pesto, making aioli or mayo type things.

I use the Kitchen Aid for cookie doughs and cakes, but for pie dough nothing beats the Cuisinart! [To me.]

I agree, they talk about how bad it is to heat certain plastics. Not to mention weird waves!!

Haven’t had a microwave in 5+ years, don’t miss it.
The risotto sounds delicous, but will be here late, maybe toast tonight.
Mrs D is an excellent baker so she has graduated to the Kitchen Aid stand mixer for dough and pastry, but a food processor is great for cooking.
For example it can replace a food mill, think leek and potato soup, does great at grating a lot of cheese.
