I’ve been wanting Rice with Pigeon Peas. It’s a traditional Dominican recipe and I also think Puerto Ricans make it.
I found some recipes on line BUT some call for Coconut milk and others don’t. And some use Tomato PASTE and others use Tomato SAUCE.
Which one is it??
