In Jamaica they use Coconut milk for rice and peas. I’m guessing they are variations.
I think Lesbiman cooks also. I’ll ask my cooking question.
I’ve been wanting Rice with Pigeon Peas. It’s a traditional Dominican recipe and I also think Puerto Ricans make it.
I found some recipes on line BUT some call for Coconut milk and others don’t. And some use Tomato PASTE and others use Tomato SAUCE.
Which one is it??
Never, really. I mean, I make faux Spanish food, but I don’t really know much about the cooking.

Hey, did I tell you that I thought I saw Jude Law in Watty & Meg? Well, I think I did. It might not have been him, but I was 1 foot away, and it sure looked a lot like him! He had a funny hat/cap on.
