    Ooh, Indian food can be difficult. Surprised you are attempting this! You have to get the hang of all the spices. And some of the techniques. I make Indian Food and it’s always a big production. But I love it, and I make a few dishes pretty well.

  2. Dr. Legion. I do try to eat healthy most times. I hate fast food and soda.
    My vice is desserts, but I like quality desserts from bakeries, not prepackaged cheap crap.

    Not drinking a gallon anymore. But I feel like I should be.

    that sounds like a great recipe. it’s so labor intensive though, probably best to do on the weekend.

    I’m no chef, but I’ve had my share of flavor enhanced meals, MSG monosodium glutamate is commonly used in fast food places for quick flavor to dishes.

    when you think about it, there are many things we consume
    that are not good for us;
    read the label on diet soda
    or the label on most medications for that matter.
    even the burn residue on a grilled burger is associated with cancer risk.

    once in a while a flavor enhancer is acceptable, just don’t make a habit of it.

    by the way, are you still drinking a gallon of water a day?
    remember, too much water isn’t good for you either.
