Well, it’s lunch time that’ll hopefully keep us amused for a few.
And yes, COTD and HOTD better be awesome today.
Hope there is an exciting HOTD today cause otherwise this site is putting me to sleep today. 20 stocks in the DOW 30 are down today.
The EWJ is up to 10.20 – higher than when it was discussed on this site a while back.

DC house looks like it is a DC hotel lobby.
et, house would be lovely with out the wall coverings, furniture and not located in DC.

The pool is area is NICE!!!
If you take out their furnishings it’s a nice house, sans some fo the wall treatments.
I get so irked when I see downlights, speakers, etc in a ceiling and they’re not centered in the ‘coffer’, tile, etc.
