What, there is an empty storefront on the corner of Court at Baltic. The landlord forced the tenants out by raising the rent by a huge amount – last March, I believe. The storefront has been empty ever since. And I’m glad. The idiot pushed out a wonderful family business – Trusting Drycleaners – Mr. & Mrs. Oh. And now it’s sits empty and I’m sure it will continue to sit empty for sometime, when it could have had a nice business paying what I’m sure this landlord would be thrilled to be getting now.
anyone go to any open houses this weekend? saw something I liked in parkslope- but it just came on the market. Is it best to wait it out for a few weeks to see if the price gets cut like so many other listings?
yes cobblehiller…nobody starting new businesses in this environment.
