Welcome to my world Fjorder! Well, for at least the next few days! It’s only going to get worse as the week goes on. Is anyone else working Friday?
What, there is an empty storefront on the corner of Court at Baltic. The landlord forced the tenants out by raising the rent by a huge amount – last March, I believe. The storefront has been empty ever since. And I’m glad. The idiot pushed out a wonderful family business – Trusting Drycleaners – Mr. & Mrs. Oh. And now it’s sits empty and I’m sure it will continue to sit empty for sometime, when it could have had a nice business paying what I’m sure this landlord would be thrilled to be getting now.
anyone go to any open houses this weekend? saw something I liked in parkslope- but it just came on the market. Is it best to wait it out for a few weeks to see if the price gets cut like so many other listings?

is it unrealistic to offer 550/sqft when the realtor/developer is asking for 610?
